Public CompanyAllcargo Global to raise Rs 101 cr via debenture issue
Allcargo Global Logistics today said it will raise Rs 100.97 crore by issuing debentures to Black Entities (Investors) on preferential basis.

The board has approved to allot 10.81 lakh fully convertible debentures to Blackstone Entities (Investors) at Rs 934 a piece, aggregating to Rs 100.97 crore, Allcargo Global said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Further, the board has also approved the stock split in the ratio of 1:5, the filing added.
Shares of Allcargo Global Logistics were trading at Rs 854.95 on BSE, up 1.77 per cent from previous close.
